This fully air conditioned 2 bed roomed holiday apartment is well presented and comfortably furnished and offers a good standard of accommodation for your vacation on the Costa del Sol at a very reasonable price.
The pleasant living/dining room opens out onto the furnished terrace which in turn overlooks the communal gardens and swimming pool.From the terrace there is a spiral staircase taking you up to the roof top solarium which again is furnished with a patio set and sunbeds.In the lounge there is a flat screen t.v which has satellite reception with a variety of free to view English channels.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to ensure your holiday here is a comfortable one.Including a washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer. microwave and plenty of pots,pans, crockery and glassware etc. The master bed room has a large double bed, full en-suite bath room and plenty of built in cupboard space.The second bed room has a set of twin beds and there is an additional bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.
Guests staying at Marina de Casares will have full use of the lovely pool and gardens, in addition to which it is just a short walk of about 5 minutes to a clean sandy beach. The attractive town of Sabinillas is also around a five minute walk away and here you will find a lovely long sea front promenade with an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants.

Also close by you have the pretty Marina of Duquesa with plenty more good, shops, bars and restaurants. The attractive town of Estepona is about 10 minute away by car in the opposite direction.Gibraltar, with it's tax free shopping, famous apes and beautiful caves is also close to hand and well worth a visit. There are also a number of good supermarkets and plenty of shops in Sabinillas as well as a colourful street market every Friday and a very well attended boot market on Sundays.
