Villa Carmela offers absoulutely first class holiday accommodation in the ultimate location on the Costa del Sol. This air conditioned private villa with pool consists of a 3 bed roomed main house with a 2 bed roomed separate apartment. The main villa has a light, airy and spacious living/dining room which has a large flat screened t.v. with English free to view channels plus Spanish t.v. there is also a DVD player. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the beautiful patio Mediterranean gardens. The modern fully fitted kitchen is well equiped with all of the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob,eye level oven, fridge/freezer, built in microwave and plenty of cooking utensils,crockery and glassware etc. There is also a breakfast bar and stools.
The master en-suite bed room is located on the ground floor as well as a guest WC/cloakroom.The first floor of the main villa has 2 further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a full family bathroom. These bed rooms also have access to a shared furnished terrace with views both to the mountains and towards Puerto Banus.The separate apartment can either be reached via the master bed room or its own external entrance and this comprises of a twin bed room, kitchen, shower room and a living room which in fact houses 2 further twin beds and a bed settee thus the layout of the villa as a whole gives lots of flexibility for different permutaions of groups. The lovely gardens offer both sunny and shady areas for relaxing in. There is a a purpose built charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area with a pegoda. Sunbeds and a pool side shower are also provided for your comfort. The beautiful kidney shaped swimming pool,4x8m, is well maintained and in the cooler months can be heated to 28 degrees for a supplementary charge, please see below. The grounds of the villa are accessed through remote control gates and there is car parking should you you decide to bring or hire a car although the location of Villa Carmela means that you could easily holiday there with out one.
The fashionable and ever popular Marina of Puerto Banus is less than a 10 minute walk away making this an ideally located property being close to all amenities but at the same time far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility. At Puerto Banus you will find not only many excellent bars, restaurants and designer shops but also a lovely beach.Closer to the villa itself, in fact on the same street,is La Sala Bar and Restaurant and also nearby you have the bull ring which is home to a very good Saturday market. The cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is also a short distance away by car or bus, there is a good service to the town, and here you will find more superb shops, bars,restaurants and beaches. The golfer of course is spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses within easy reach.
