This beautifully appointed 3 bed roomed holiday villa is fitted and furnished to a very high standard and offers excellent accommodation for your holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The large living/dining room is very comfortably furnished with plenty of seating for 6. The whole room is light and airey with large patio doors giving out onto a covered terrace.Satellite t.v. a DVD player and a ceiling fan are all installed here.
As with all James Villa properties the kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher,microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.There is an additional utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer a fridge and a freezer.

All three of the bedrooms are air conditioned for your additional comfort. They have televisions installed, ceiling fans and en-suite facilites with showers, a w.c and hand basin. There is one double room and 2 twin rooms.This lovely holiday villa is a detached property set in its“own tropical gardens with lawned areas, palm trees and other interesting plants. There is a beautiful private pool with steps leading into it and a charming dolphin motif on the floor. There is a lovely covered verandah furnished with a wrought iron dining set and a BBQ so you can make the most of the wonderful Spanish past time of al fresco dining.
The villa is located in the presitgeous residential area of Los Monteros which is about 4 kms. from the centre of Marbella.The nearest beach is about half a kilometre away and there are also bars, restaurants and a mini-supermarket all within close proximity.
