Casa de Luz is a comfortable and well appointed traditional holiday home in the picturesque white village of Casares. It is situated on one of thequaint traffic free streets and has the advantage of having an allocatedcar parking space in the nearby municipal car park.
The front door opens onto a dining area off which is the shower room and toilet. Steps lead down from here into the twin bedroom whilst further steps take you up to the double bedroom and on up to the good sized living area.
This consists of a comfortable sitting area with two settees, one of which opens into a double bed. Satellite t.v. is installed in the lounge with all the free to view channels along with a DVD player and music centre.
The kitchen leads off from here and has recently been modernised and retiled. In it you will find a gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and a good selection of pots, pans, glassware etc.
There are patio doors leading out onto the terrace from where there are panoramic views across open countryside to the sea in one direction and over the roof tops of the village of Casares and to the castle in the other. There is a teak wood dining set.

The house is well located to explore the delightful and traditional "pueblo blanco" of Casares. The village people are very friendly and there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a weekly street market every Friday and on the first weekend in August and the weekend closest to September 15th. a feria takes place. The village also has the benefit of a lovely open air swimming pool which is open to the public from mid June to mid September.

The Surrounding Countryside
Casares is situated about 14kms. from the coast but is also in the ideal location for exploring much of the unspoilt countryside of Andalucia. There are some lovely walks into the nearby Sierra Crestillina and the bird watching is spectacular.
The Costa del Sol.
Casares lies inland on the western end of the Costa del Sol with the nearest large town being Estepona. This is a very attractive old town which still retains much of it's fishing village heritage. The beaches all along this stretch of the coast are sandy, clean and safe and the area has a whole has much to offer the holiday maker. In addition to which there is an excellent selection of world class golf courses.

Low Season Oct- April ex.Christmas and Easter 250.00 pounds.
Mid Season May, June, Sept, Christmas and Easter 300.00 pounds
High Season - July and August 350.00 pounds.
These rates are per week, based on 4 people sharing, there is a supplement of 25.00pounds per person, per week for a 5th or 6th. person.
The price is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen, towels and a welcome pack.
