Casa Juan is a truly fabulous detached 4 bedroomed holiday villa just a little over 3 kms. from Calpe on the Costa Blanca.
This very impressive villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished throughout and is located in a quiet residential area away from the crowds but still benefiting from stunning Mediterranean views including the famous rocky outcrop of the Peñon d’Ifach.
The large living/dining room has the benefit of air conditioning and sliding patio doors leading onto a delightful furnished verandah. Satellite t.v. and a DVD player are installed here.

Also downstairs are one en-suite double bedroom with a full bath with shower over,2 twin bedrooms and a shower room with w.c. and washbasin.
On the first floor you will find the fabulous master bed room which has a full en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a double bed and a balcony with stunning sea views.

The very popular seaside resort of Calpe is a little over 3 kms. away. The town has much to offer holiday makers with its clean beautiful blue flag beaches which are divided by the fascinating Peñón de Ifach rock.The pretty harbour has an excellent choice of restaurants whilst the town itself is filled with shops, bars and lively night-time entertainment.
