Villa Gracia, as the name implies, is a charming, graceful villa with many fine features. The 3 bedroomed holiday home sits in a commanding position at the top of the sort after area of Seghers in Estepona looking out across the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar and Africa.
The large living/dining room is very elegantly furnished and has an open fireplace and large patio doors opening onto the covered verandah from where you can enjoy the spectacular views whilst enjoying that most popular of pastimes, al fresco dining.

The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave, coffee percolator and all the pots, pans,crockery and glassware etc. that you will need during your stay here.The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The other 2 bedrooms both have double beds and there is a further shower room plus a separate cloakroom.

Villa Gracia is set in the middle of 1,500.00 sq.m. of private grounds and has a well maintained Mediterranean garden. It is in a peaceful location but at the same time is not far from Estepona Port so a holiday here offers the perfect combination of peace and relaxation along with easy access to all of the excellent amenities on this part of the Costa del Sol.The swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sun patio furnished with sunbeds. There is also a full size built in stone barbeque (charcoal.)

Estepona Port is about a 5 minute drive away and this very popular marina has much to recommend it with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The pretty town of Estepona itself is just a few minutes further on and this not only has a lovely beach, pretty plazas and pavement cáfes but many good shops and restaurants.
There are plenty of places of interest to visit when staying on this end of the Costa del Sol. Such as Selwo Wildlife Park or the histroic Rock of Gibraltar The cosmopolitanresorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also close by.Inland you have a variety of pretty white villages and some lovely countryside to explore. For the golfer of course this is one of the best places to be with many first class golf courses all within easy reach.
