We are happy to be able to offer you this first class, air conditioned, 2 bed rooomed holiday home just 60m. from the beach on the much sought after development of Bahia Azul at Estepona on the Costa del Sol.

As guests here you will have access to 2 lovely pools, one is set by the beach and the other in its´own lovely private garden. There is also a tennis court at your disposal and the beach itself is just a few steps away through the pretty tropical gardens.

The house is fitted and furnished to a good standard throughout, and has the benefit of full air conditioning and satellite t.v. Downstairs is a comfortable living/dining room with feature open fireplace and patio doors leading onto the private terrace with dining facilities.From here you have direct access to the very well maintained gardens and a paved walkway to the pools, garden, tennis court and beach.

Also downstairs is a cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.

The two bedrooms, one double and one twin, are both located upstairs.They are comfortably furnished with ample built in storage space and they both have access to a shared sun terrace, complete with loungers and sea views.The full bathroom is set between the two bedrooms and is stylishly tiled throughout with marble tiles.It has twin sinks and a shower over the bath.

The house also has the delightful feature of a private roof garden where there is a gas BBQ and patio dining set and from which you can once more enjoy the sea views.

The house benefits from a car port as well as further on road parking if required.

Estepona and the Costa del Sol.

The beautiful seaside town of Estepona is about 3 kms.away and here you will find lovely clean beaches, good shopping, first class restaurants and plenty of bars. It is a very pretty town where you can still see many traces of its´fishing village heritage with cobbled back streets and flower bedecked plazas.

However within walking distance, about 15 minutes, is Estepona Port which also has a great selection of bars and restaurants of all nationalities plus shops and supermarkets.

Selwo Wildlife Park is to hand and offers an excellent outing for all the family. Also within easy reach are the cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus as well as the Historic Rock of Gibraltar.The golfer of course is well catered for with any number of first class golf courses very close by.

On reflection then this lovely sea side holiday home offers perfect accommodation for a visit to the Costa del Sol, it is close to the beach and all amenities,has air conditioning, satellite t.v plus the use of 2 beautiful pools,a tennis court and some very pretty gardens.

An ADSL internet connection can also be arranged at a reasonable rate.
