Terrazas de la Bahia is a very pretty and peaceful development about 5minutes by car from Estepona and about five minutes on foot from the excellent Casares beach.
This lovely two bedroomed apartment offers superior accommodation over twofloors. The large living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and a w.c. with hand basin are all to be found on entering the apartment there is then a flightof stairs going down to the next level where there are 2 bedrooms, one doubleen suite and one twin. There is also a shower room and w.c. on this floor.Both bedrooms have ample storage space and sliding patio doors to the large terrace which has wonderful sea views and a gate leading out into the quite delightful communal gardens.
The comfortable living/dining room also has patio doors leading from it to a further terrace, again with excellent sea views.The modern, well equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as a hob and oven, dishwasher,washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.

The enclosed development of Terrazas de la Bahia is very well laid outwith lovely tropical gardens, two adult and two childrens swimming pools.It is well located with easy access to the charming town of Estepona, the up and coming resort of Sabinillas, the picturesque Duquesa Port and many first class golf courses. Also within easy distance is the Historic Rock of Gibraltar, just a 25 minute trip in the car.
