Finca Padron is a charming 2 bedroomed country property ideal for a relaxing holiday in the sun whilst at the same time being just 2 kms.from the lovely seaside town of Estepona and plenty of good beaches.
The charming Spanish style accommodation offers a large and airy living room with satellite t.v. a DVD player and an internet connection. There is a separate dining room with seating for 6.

A double sided fire place serves both the living and dining rooms making it very cosy during the winter months.Patio doors give access to a spacious covered terrace which looks out over the swimming pool and wonderful views, absolutely perfect for al fresco dining or just as a retreat from the sun.
The good sized kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and utensils including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven,fridge/freezer, microwave,tumble dryer, coffee percolator, pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.

There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin. They both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a full bath and the other with a shower. The twin room has direct access to the terrace.
This wonderful Finca is set in 3,000 sq.m. of peace and tranquillity with fabulous views over open countryside to the sea in the distance. The beautiful pool, 4x7 m. with an approx depth of 1.5 metres to 2 metres deep, is surrounded by a very attractive Casares stone patio with plenty of room for sun beds. A charcoal BBQ is also supplied.

This very private property is not overlooked at all and as such would be very suitable for naturists.
Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
The beautiful seaside town of Estepona is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find lovely clean beaches, good shopping, first class restaurants and plenty of bars. It is a very pretty town which still has many traces of its´fishing village heritage with cobbled back streets and flower bedecked plazas.
