The fully air conditioned accommodation comprises of a large living/dining room with patio doors that open onto a furnished dining terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens.There is a t.v in the lounge with satellite t.v. in a variety of languages.

The master bed room has a king sized double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and patio doors giving access to the terrace. The second bed room has twin beds, there is also an additional full family bath room.Guests at La Maestranza have the choice of 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated and one specifically designed for children. These are all situated in the pleasant, well kept communal gardens which have a nice selection of Mediterranean plants.
The development is a gated property with access via a remote control and within the security of the development there is secure underground parking for one car, particularly useful in the heat of the summer.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance of Puerto Banus, around 15 minutes, with its lovely beach and first class shops, bars, restaurants and excellent nightlife. However closer to home you will find a number of bars and restaurants immediately outside the development and the golf courses of Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta are all just a short drive away.The beautiful town of Marbella is also close to hand and a little further down the road you can visit the pretty sea side town of Estepona, or spend a day at Selwo Wildlife Park or perhaps do some tax free shopping and visit the apes and St Michael's Caves in Gibraltar.
