This luxury, 2 bedroomed, air conditioned apartment is situated on the most prestigious Island in Sotogrande between the Marina and the Port with access via its own bridge.It also has its own private garden and swimming pool and its south west orientation gives it sun from late morning to sunset. The spacious living/dining room is elegantly furnished in contemporary style. There is a large flat screened t.v. with satellite channels, plus a DVD and CD player. Patio doors open onto the terrace and gardens which look out over the marina, and here you will find the private swimming pool and ample seating and dining facilities.
The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances including a hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a good complement of all pots, pans, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate utility room.Of the two bedrooms one is a double with a full en-suite bathroom, a large, fully fitted dressing room and patio doors onto the garden. The second bedroom has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom. A further guest cloakroom is located in the spacious entrance hall.
Whilst it is not essential to have a car whilst staying here there is secure parking for those who do. In addition there is 24 hour security for the apartments themselves.
Sotogrande and the Costa del Sol. The exclusive private residential area of Sotogrande offers a peaceful retreat form the hurley burleyof the Costa del Sol. It comprises mainly of large,private villas set in beautiful gardens.However the central hub of the area is the Marina, home to many multi million pound yachts, and here there are some first class restaurants and bars as well as some select shops.
This particular apartment is located just a 3 minute walk from Sotogrande beach and there is also a very pleasant small nature reserve nearby for any body interested in birdwatching and nature in general. The Historic Rock of Gibraltar is about 15 minutes away and makes a very enjoyable day out for all of the family. Or why not take the ferry from La Linea and visit Morocco for the day. You could also head for the hills and visit the pretty white villageof Casares or perhaps take a trip into Los Alconorcales Parque Natural.The Golfers amongst you are of course spoilt for choice with many wonderful Golf Courses to choose from. Suffice it to say that staying in this holiday apartment in Sotogrande you will never be short of interesting places to visit and things to do.
