This large, 2 bedromed, light and airy penthouse apartment is located on a quiet residential development in Guadalmina Alta and is within easy walking distance of the lovely Costa del Sol town of San Pedro de Alcántara.
The spacious living/dining room is very comfortably furnished with 3 large settees, a solid wood dining suite with seating for 8 plus sundry other chairs and seating.A large flat screen t.v is provided here with all the free to view satellite channels.
Sliding patio doors open onto the enormous roof top terrace, 62sq.m. which has plenty of furniture for relaxing or dining plus a charcoal BBQ.Being a penthouse apartment the terrace is not overlooked at all and is very private and from here are wonderful views over the golf course to the mountains.
