This ground floor 3 bedroomed apartment in the ever popular development of Kai Alde offers very comfortable family accommodation in the ideal location for a perfect holiday on the Costa del Sol.It has recently had a fairly major overhaul including completely re-furbished bathrooms and a full rewire which includes new overhead ceiling fans. The spacious living/dining room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas plus a solid wood dining suite with seating for six. Satellite t.v. is provided here and there are patio doors out onto the furnished balcony from where there are excellent views over the gardens, pool and tennis court with the sea in the distance.
The fully equipped kitchen has a range style 5 ring gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, and glassware etc.The washing machine is housed in a utility room off the kitchen and a iron and ironing board are also supplied.The main bedroom has a double bed plus patio doors giving access to the balcony. There is also a twin room and a third bedroom which has a single bed with a pull out bed, this room is ideal for an adult and one child or 2 children. A cot and high chair can also be supplied at no additional cost if required.
Also with children in mind the owners have thoughtfully provided a cupboard full of pool and outdoor toys which are sure to keep them amused.As mentioned above both bathrooms have recently been refitted and fully tiled. There is one full bathroom with shower over plus toilet and hand basin as well a shower room with corner shower unit, hand basin and w.c. The swimming pool in Kai Alde is one of the largest and best in Estepona and is set in a lovely garden with plenty of grass for sunbathing. There is also a full sized tennis court for use of guests only.
The apartments are located within just a short walk of Estepona Port which has an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants.The lovely Play Cristo beach is also a short walk away and the town centre of Estepona a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll along the Paseo Maritimo, (promenade.)However there is also a supermarket and a bar right on your doorstep so guests at the apartment will find all they need to make their holiday on the Costa del Sol an enjoyable one within very easy reach. Due to the location of Kai Alde a car is not necessary but there is parking within the development should you be coming in one.
