Costalita is a beautiful well established and maintained development close to the beach between Estepona and San Pedro.This particular 3 bed roomed, air conditioned apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace looking directly onto the gardens.It is fitted and furnished to a high standard and offers very good holiday accommodation in a perfect location for your holiday on the Costa del Sol. The modern living/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite t.v. a flat screen t.v. and DVD player.There is a very stylish dining suite to seat six people and patio doors which open onto the furnished terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full compliment of all appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven,microwave, coffee percolator and all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc. The 3 bedrooms are all beautifully furnished. The master suite having a king size double bed, full en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.The other 2 bedrooms are provided with twin beds and also have patio doors to the terrace. There is a second full family bathroom and ample storage space.
The immaculate grounds and swimming pools, 5 in total, of Costalita are all maintained to a high standard and there are lovely pathways leading through the gardens down to the nearby sandy beach, about 250m. away.Streams also run through the grounds and there is even a small lake at one end. The development is a gated one with 24 hour security and the apartment comes with a secure car parking space for one car. The Western Costa de Sol Costalita is located on the very attractive western end of the Costa del Sol. The charming seaside town of Estepona is about 5 minutes away by car and in the opposite direction you have the lively town of San Pedro. However on your doorstep is a beautiful sandy beach and within a ten minute walk you have a very good selection of bars and restaurants and a supermarket around a 20 minute walk away.
Also close to hand is the world famous marina of Puerto Banusas well as the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella, in fact allthat is best on the Costa del Sol is at hand to enjoy notforgetting of course the many wonderful Golf Courses.
