There is a good sized living/dining room which has a large set of patio doors leading onto the balcony. This looks down over the pool and gardens and there are fantastic views across the Mediterranean Sea. Satellite t.v. has been installed in the living room.
The modern well fitted kitchen has a hob and oven, automatic washing machine,fridge/freezer,toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.

There are 2 twin bedrooms both of which have the advantage of a full en-suite bathroom and plenty of built in storage space. There is a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms however the marble tiles throughout and the gentle sea breeze that wafts through the patio doors help to keep the apartment comfortably cool even during the hottest part of the year.
The apartment benefits from the use of a large swimming pool set in pleasant gardens. This serves just 23 apartments in all and so is rarely very crowded.

Puerto de la Duquesa and the Costa del Sol The apartment is in an excellent location on the Western Costa del Sol.There are some superb beaches just a few minutes walk away. Puerto de la Duquesa, which has a great selection of bars, restaurants and nightlife,is likewise just a few minutes away. For shopping, more bars, restaurantsand another lovely beach you have Sabinillas within close proximity and the tax freehaven of Gibraltar, which is always worth a visit, is about 20 minutes by car. Golfers are spoilt for choice in this area as of course you have DuquesaGolf Course on your doorstep but in addition to that, Sotogrande, Alquedesia,La Caņada and Valderrrama Golf Courses, to name but a few, are all a stonesthrow away. In conclusion then this apartment is ideally suited for a wide varietyof holidays on the Costa del Sol. It is comfortable, well equipped andvery reasonably priced.
