This exceptionally fine 2 bed roomed apartment at Finca Dona Maria,Torrequebrada on Benalmadena Costa offers fully air conditioned holiday accommodation on a quiet private development with marvellous sea views. The good sized living/dining room is very comfortably furnished with 2 quality settees, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a stylish dining suite with seating for 6, Satellite t.v.a DVD player and a CD MP3 player and to add to your enjoyment there is a good library of DVDs and CDs. Patio doors lead from here to the large south west facing balcony which is furnished with a six seater teak patio set, sun beds and sun canopy. There are superb views from here across the nearby Torrequebrada Golf Course and also of the sea.
The kitchen is also extremely well fitted and equipped with the following appliances; washing machine & separate dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,hob and oven and a full complement of cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Both of the bed rooms have very good quality twin beds, all linen and towels are provided. There is also a cot and high chair.There are 2 bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath and on of them is en-suite. The complex benefits from a very nice communal swimming pool and gardens plus this apartment has 2 underground parking spaces should you be hiring a car, with a lift up to your front door.
The lovely beach at Benalmadena is a walk of just over 15 minutes or you can use the very good local bus service. This stretch of the Costa del Sol, with the delightful promenade and beautiful Benalmadena Port was recently voted '' Most Beautiful in Europe.'' There is a brilliant choice of bars and restaurants all along the sea front offering a superb mix of fare from all nationalities. Also within easy reach of this apartment are Mijas Aqua Park, The Torrequebrada Casino, The pleasure gardens of Tivoli World, or take a visit to Mijas Races or the brilliant boot market at Fuengirola on a Saturday morning.In addition of course there is a great choice of first class golf courses in the area, the closest being Torrequebrada Golf Course right on your doorstep where, even if you are not a golfer, you are more than welcome to enjoy a drink or a meal in the club house.
