This well appointed 2 bed roomed holiday apartment is in a good location for a holiday on the Costa del Sol being mid-way between Estepona and Sabinillas and just a five minute walk from the lovely Casares Beach.
The good sized living/dining room is comfortably furnished and has patio doors opening onto a furnished terrace from where there are excellent views of the sea and coastline, Gibraltar and Africa. There is a t.v. with English free to view and terrestrial Spanish channels.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to make your holiday here a comfortable one. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.

Of the 2 bedrooms one is a double room with full en-suite facilities and the other is a twin room. They are both comfortably furnished and bed linen and towels are provided. There is an additional full family bathroom.Guests at this apartment have the use of a private car port and the nearby swimming pool area where there is one adult and one children's pool, grassed areas for sun bathing and plenty of sunbeds.

The nearest beach, Bahia de Casares, is about a 5 minute walk away and this is clean and well maintained. There is a lovely chiringuito, beach bar, here where you can enjoy a cool drink or a lunch of locally caught fish.
The nearest town is Sabinillas, about 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute stroll along the beach, which has a good selection of shops,bars and restaurants. It also has a lovely beach with a long promenade on which you will find many bars and restaurants.Sabinillas is also host to a large and very popular Sunday boot market.

The attractive seaside town of Estepona is less than 10 minutes away by car and here you can visit the recreational marina,perhaps take a trip to see the dolphins,or stroll around the cobbled backstreets and rest your feet at one of the pavement cafes in Plaza del Flores. Other attractions in the area include Selwo Wildlife Park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar and the picturesque Duquesa Port. Golfers of course have many first class golf courses within easy reach such as Duquesa Golf and Casares Golf and Country Club.
In conclusion then this comfortable holiday apartment offers a very good base for a holiday on the western Costa del Sol and is very reasonably priced for a modern, well appointed apartment in a good location
