This modern 2 bedroomed air conditioned ground floor apartment at Torregolf on Benalmádena Costa offers a good standard of comfortable holiday accommodation in a very good location. It overlooks both the 18 hole Torrequebrada Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is 120m2 comprising of a living/dining room with patio doors out onto the large south facing terrace. Satellite t.v. and a Cd player are provided here.

The modern kitchen is full equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven etc. as well as a full compliment of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.Of the two bedrooms one has a double bed and the other two twin beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath, toilet and twin hand basins. The other has a shower, toilet and hand basin.
A communal swimming pool is provided for guests enjoyment in addition to which a lovely sandy beach is just 500m away and for the golfer of course as well as the very nearby Torrequebrada Golf course there are many other first rate ones within easy reach.

Benalmádena and the Surrounding Area.Benalmadena is divided into four areas. Benalmadena Pueblo, a beautiful Andalucian village with narrow streets of whitewashed houses with flowers covering the balconies. Arroyo de la Miel, a small but modern and fashionable town of shops and businesses popular with tourists. Benalmadena Costa, with 9kms of long sandy beaches, a 2km long promenade with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants along its length and the town centre itself again with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants.Then fourthly there is the beautiful Puerto Marina with over 1000 moorings, thishas twice been awarded Best Marina in the World. It has a new shopping centre plus 200 shops, bars and restaurants and also a shipyard, sailing school, diving school, nautical school and the a Sea Life Centre.
