This spacious, well appointed holiday duplex apartment with full a/c and a private car park in the basement has much to recommend it. From the car park there is a direct lift to the apartment and it is designed on 2 levels with plenty of balcony and terrace space from where there are superb views over the landscaped gardens, pools, golf course and mountains.
The spacious living /dining room is comfortably furnished with 3 large settees and a stylish wooden dining suite. Satellite t.v. is available here as well as a DVD and CD player. There is access through patio doors to one of the 4 furnished terraces. These are equipped with a variety of patio furniture, including sun-loungers,a teak dining set and a BBQ.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a full complement of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. In fact all you will need to ensure that your stay here is a very comfortable one.Of the four bed rooms 2 are doubles and 2 are twin rooms however the twin beds can actually open out into double beds thus giving a total sleeping capacity of 12 persons.
Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there is an additional family bathroom. Each bedroom leads onto a private terrace with views over the landscaped gardens, pools, golf course and mountains. Sunloungers, table and chairs are provided on them for up to 12 guests.

Guests in the apartment have full use of the beautifully maintained communal gardens and swimming pool. The apartment is very well located being just a short walk of around 5 minutes to the town of San Pedro where you will find a very good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The famous marina of Puerto Banus is about a 5 minute drive away with the charming cosmopolitan holiday resort of Marbella being a further 5 minutes up the road.
In the opposite direction you can visit the lovely seaside town of Estepona as well as the historic Rock of Gibraltar.
