We are happy to be able to offer this magnificent holiday villa at Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. It boasts 9 bed rooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, a private pool and internet access all at very reasonable rates.
El Palacio is situated in a quiet residential district of this popular holiday resort and offers superb family accommodation for large groups of guests. The property is divided into 2 halves and can accommodate up to 25 guests.
The upper level has an enormous open plan living room with SKY t.v. an open fireplace and ample seating for at least 20.It is all very comfortably fitted and furnished.Leading from here is a separate dining room with an extending wooden dining suite plus satellite t.v.

The large well equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has a centre work station with seating around it, a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer and a good selection of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware etc.
Also on this level are 5 double bed rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and the spacious master suite has a large full bathroom and separate w.c. In addition there is a further full family bathroom and a mezzanine floor reached by stairs from the living room which has 2 double beds.

From the pool terrace there are steps leading down to the separate 3 bed roomed apartment. This also has a very spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, microwave etc. with dining room off. Satellite t.v. is also fitted in the lounge which opens onto a large furnished patio.
The apartment has 3 twin bed rooms, two of which also have additional single beds.There is one extremely large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower cubicle and a further full bath which also contains the automatic washing machine.

The well maintained swimming pool is 10m. x 6m. and is surrounded by a good sized sun patio with plenty of sunbeds. Adjacent to this is a covered furnished verandah. Also outside is a lrge BBQ terrace with marvellous mountain views and plenty of patio furniture, perfect for a large family party.
El Palacio is approached by electronic gates, and has plenty of secure off road parking. The villa also has the benefit an alarm system and security grills.
