Villa Prado is a luxury 3 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed holiday villa close to the sea at Cancelada, near Estepona on the Costa del Sol.It offers immaculate and spacious fully air conditioned accommodation in a quiet and exclusive location. In addition there is a 1 bedroomed cottage style annexe which can accommodate upto 4 guests.
The lounge is large,cool and airy and very comfortably furnished It has satellite t.v. with the full SKY package, a flat screen t.v. DVD and CD player. Patio doors open from here onto the furnished, covered verandah which in turns leads to the beautifully maintained pool and gardens.

The dining area has a stylish wrought iron and glass dining suite with seating for six.The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with top quality appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee percolator and a ful complement of pots,pans,crockery, glassware, utensils etc.
The two double and one twin bedrooms in the main villa all have en-suite facilities and satellite t.v. The master bedroom has access to a large furnished terrace with views over the pool and garden.

The cottage style annexe is also air conditioned and has a comfortable lounge and a kitchen on the ground floor with spiral stairs leading to a double en-suite bedroom. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge so it can accommodate up to 4 guests.The grounds of this immaculate holiday home are beautifully laid out with lawns and patios, some covered and some in full sun.As well as the large heated pool, 6x9m. there is a 6 seated hot tub, a covered dining terrace, gas BBQ pool side shower and changing room and plenty of sunbeds.

Villa Prado is located at Cancelada which is situated between Estepona and the lively town of San Pedro on the Western Costa del Sol. It is a quiet and exclusive part of the coast whilst at the same time being just a short distance from all the excellent amenities this part of the Costa del Sol has to offer. Puerto Banus is about 10 minutes away by car and Marbella just another five minutes on.
