Villa Tulipan is a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. It has full a/c, 5 bed rooms, 5 bathrooms a beautiful heated pool, 2,000 sq.m of peace and tranquility and a separate twin bedded cottage,perfect for Grandparents or the nanny. What more could you want!
The large living room is comfortably furnished with three settees, a feature open fireplace, satellite t.v with many popular English channels plus German,French,Italian and Polish and a DVD player. An archway leads you through to the dining room and kitchen from where there are large patio doors to the garden.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a full set of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer and microwave etc. All crockery, cooking utensils, glassware are also supplied.

In the villa itself there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms and two twin en-suite bed rooms.Two of the bathrooms are full and the other 2 have a shower, toilet and bidet.The independent cottage is situated by the swimming pool this is fully equipped with twin beds, a kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge etc. It also has it's own shower room. Next to the cottage is a purpose built BBQ area and a large sun patio around the pool with plenty of sunbeds.
The good sized heated swimming pool is 4x9 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres and Roman steps giving easy access. This is set in the well maintained gardens with plenty of grassed and patio area, there is also a covered verandah and outdoor dining facilities for 10 guests. There are superb views over a golf course, the mountains and the sea.

For anyone who is wheelchair bound this villa has the advantage of full wheelchair accessibility. Villa Tulipan is situated in a well maintained and popular residential area half way between the seaside resorts of San Pedro and Estepona so is very well located to enjoy all the many amenities that this end of the Costa del Sol has to offer. The nearest sandy beach is about 2.5 kms away but there is a good selection of bars, many restaurants and shops just a 10-15 minute walk away.
