Villa Vista is a lovely detached 2 bedroomed holiday villa with beautiful pool, gardens and wonderful views all at a very reasonable price. Located overlooking Estepona Golf and the mountains it offers peace and tranquillity whilst at the same time being relatively close to all amenities.
The light and airy living room has a feature open fireplace, satallite t.v. and patio doors leading to the gardens. 2 brick archways give access to the separate dining area from where you also have direct access onto the swimming pool terrace.

The compact kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven,fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Plus a good selection of pots, pans, crockery, glassware and other necessary utensils.In addition to the indoor kitchen the villa benefits from a wonderful summer one.This is a large covered area adjacent to the swimming pool that is also fully equipped with a hob and oven,fridge and sink.There is also a large table and chairs so it is the perfect place to prepare and enjoy those al fresco meals whilst enjoying the wonderful views across the golf course to the mountains.

The 2 bedrooms both have double beds, plenty of built in storage space and direct access onto the terrace.One of the bedrooms has a full en-suite bathroom in addition to which there is a further full family bathroom.In addition to the 2 bedrooms an extra double bed has been supplied in an area off the living room so the villa can in fact accommodate up to 6 guests.
The grounds of this delightful holiday villa are a great plus as you have the benefit of a good sized swimming pool, approximately 4.x 6m. with a depth of 1-2 m. with Roman steps to one side and underwater lighting. This is surrounded by a large patio with the summer kitchen. Steps then lead down to a large grassed area, also set with a table and chairs, from where you look down onto the golf course.Steps to one side of the villa do in fact give you direct access onto the golf course.

The villa is located in a very quiet cul de sac and there is a driveway to either side of it, so plenty of room for a car.Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
The charming sea side town of Estepona is less than 10 minutes away and here you will find a very good selection of shops, bars, restaurants and lovely clean beaches.
There is however a closer beach and a Mercadona Supermarket about 5 minutes away by car.
Guests at the villa can also make use of the wonderful bar and dining facilities closer to hand in the Estepona Golf Restaurant.
Other places of interest within easy reach include Selwo Wildlife park, the historic Rock of Gibraltar or take a trip inland to the picturesque white villages of Casares and Gaucin.
The golfer of course has a plethora of first class golf courses to pick from aside that is from Estepona Golf itself.
