Villa Linda is a pretty 3 bedroomed holiday villa set in mature private grounds with its own pool on the outskirts of Estepona.

The fittings and furnishings throughout are of a high standard and offer a delightful holiday home in a peaceful yet accessible location.

The open plan living area is spacious, light and airy. The lounge is air conditioned and has satellite t.v and a DVD player installed. Large sliding patio doors open out onto a covered verandah which is furnished with a large dining table with plenty of seating, plus two raffia sofas, arms chairs and a coffee table for quiet evening drinks.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite work tops and a full complement of electrical appliances including, dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room.

The master suite has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a separate shower.There is also a further family bathroom and a separate w.c with hand basin.Of the other 2 bedrooms one is a double and the other has a rather unusual set of bunk beds with a double below and a single above so the villa can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

The villa is set in 3000sq.m. of private grounds of which 80 sq,m is terrace and the rest is laid partly to lawn and partly planted with a citrus and avocado grove. There is plenty of room for children to play and a swing for them to enjoy.The beautiful well maintained pool is approx 8x4m. with roman steps giving access.

In addition there is a pool side shower and BBQ area.

In conclusion then Villa Linda is a lovely holiday home offering a high standard of accommodation all in the most peaceful and appealing of locations.

The beautiful seaside town of Estepona is within walking distance, about 10-15 minutes, and here you will find lovely clean beaches, good shopping, first class restaurants and plenty of bars. It is a very pretty town where you can still find many traces of its´fishing village heritage with cobbled back streets and flower bedecked plazas.Selwo Wildlife Park is to hand and offers an excellent outing for all the family. Also within easy reach are the cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus as well as the Historic Rock of Gibraltar.The golfer of course is well catered for with any number of first class golf courses very close by.
