Beautifully furnished south facing 3 bedroom townhouse with pool. Convenient location, only 800 metres from the beach and surrounded by the countrys best golf courses. Close to town and port of Estepona. 30 minutes drive to Gibraltar, 20 minutes to Valderrama. 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Lovely quiet area with countryside and mountain views. Horse riding, diving and Selwo park all within minutes.

Luxurious and comfortable accommodation. The house used to be the show house of the development. Located within a secure gated development with allocated parking. 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a downstairs cloakroom. Sleeps 6. Sitting room has air conditioning, TV/DVD/Video and Sky satellite. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking pool and tropical gardens. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.South facing house - enjoy all that Spanish sunshine! The terrace/patio is south facing with all day sun making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathing. Private patio garden has a barbeque and patio furniture with a table and seating for 8, loungers and parasol.

There are lovely communal gardens with a pool that is within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The house looks out directly on to the pool and gardens, and a gate from our patio leads directly to them. Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
Great area for families and parties of all ages. The house location is in Estepona, which is a lovely town that is still very Spanish unlike many of the other towns along the Costa Del Sol. It's about a 5 minute drive into the town centre where you can find many shops, restaurants etc and there is a lovely port.
The house is 800 metres to the sea. Our local beach is El Padron, which now hosts the exclusive Laguna Village development of beach club, restaurants and high quality shops. The beach itself is relatively quiet and small and has a beach bar. The Rada beach which is in the centre of Estepona is the best for facilities and has the Blue Flag status. There is also the Playa El Christo beach on the other side of Estepona which is wonderful for families with younger children as the beach is in a sheltered cove and has very shallow water.

Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including hotels, restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, and shops.
The flip side is that the numerous street cafes and tapas bars still serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!
