This spacious quiet ground floor apartment is well appointed and located in an attractive low rise block built on a slope. Thus the rear of the apartment (south facing) is three floors from the well kept garden/pool level. There are two lifts. The living room and bedroom both have direct access to the spacious terrace, furnished with a wrought iron table, bench and two armchairs. Sitting here looking over the palm trees, pool and marina to the Mediterranean beyond provides a wonderful start to your holiday.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be separated to form twin beds, a central ceiling light/fan, double hanging wardrobe and double shelved cupboard. An en-suite shower has a spacious tiled walk in shower area, bidet, W. C. and vanity basin. A hair dryer is also provided.
The sea-facing kitchen is superbly equipped with all modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher,fridge/freezer,hob and oven, microwave, juicer etc. The large lounge is well furnished with two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV/VCR, CD/cassette/ radio. A choice of family video cassettes is there for your selection. The apartment is serviced weekly.

Estepona and the Surrounding Area.
Just a short stroll from the apartment is the lovely beach of Playa Cristo with its safe bathing and super chiringito ( beach bar.) Also right on your doorstep of course is Estepona Port with it's cosmopolitan selection of bars and restaurants. From here you can also take a boat trip out to see the dolphins.
A very pleasant walk along a flower bedecked promanade brings you to the delightful town of Estepona This still retains much of its old fishing village heritage and is a pleasure to explore.
There are of course any number of first class golf courses within easy reach of the apartment and if you hire a car then you can take to the hills and explore some of the white villages and lovely countryside of Andalcuia.
