The accommodation of this lovely holiday home comprises of a large and comfortable living/dining room with an open fireplace, solid, hand-made dining table with double French windows leading out to the sun terrace and gardens.There is satellite t.v. a video player, DVD, and Cd player in the living room.

The modern well-fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a good selection of pots, pans,crockery, glassware etc. In short all you will need to make your stay a very comfortable one.
There are 4 double bed rooms all with Queen sized beds and a cot is also available. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and one of the other bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. In addition to which there is a further shower room and a cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.
The gardens of this lovely holiday villa are a delight to behold and are beautifully maintained with lovely lawned areas, lots of colour, palm trees and even a waterfall. Set amongst all this is the inviting 8x4m swimming pool and there is also a lovely covered veranda with a dining suite, BBQ and sea views.

The nearest beach is just 3 minutes away in the car or 25 minutes on foot. This is a beautiful beach with the prestigious La Laguna development and el Puro Beach Club.Here you can relax in a luxurious ambience and feel thoroughly pampered.
The pretty resort town of Estepona, which is 5 minutes away be car, has much to offer the visitor with more clean, safe beaches, good shops and an excellent choice of first class restaurants and bars.
The western end of the Costa del Sol as a whole is an excellent area to holiday in. There are many pretty marinas such as Puerto Banus, Estepona and Duquesa. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is not far away and well worth a visit or heading inland you can explore the charming Andalucian "Pueblos Blancos" and much unspoilt countryside.
For the golfer of course you are spoilt for choice with many world class golf courses on your doorstep.
