It may not be the prettiest villa on the Costa del Sol but Villa Vaquero offers stylish and comfortable accommodation in a prime location just 50 metres from a sandy beach. It is on a quiet and well screened development called Arroyo Vaquero just 2kms. west of Estepona which consists primarily of large, individual villas.

This modern villa is fully air conditioned, it has a good sized living/dining room with patio doors leading out onto a partially covered patio. Satellite t.v.a DVD player, video recorder, radio and CD player are all installed in the lounge. There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave etc.

The master bedroom is located downstairs next to the family bathroom,upstairs are two twin rooms with a second shared bathroom, as a result this villa is suitable for anyone who is partially disabled.

Outside, the villa is set in a private walled garden with lawned areas as well as plenty of patio space and is planted out with palms and Mediterranean shrubs. Sun beds and patio furniture are all supplied and there is of course a BBQ. There is also secure off road parking for 2 cars.

Estepona and the Costa del Sol.Villa Vaquero is very well located to enjoy all that the western end of the Costa del Sol has to offer. The lovely town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car, or a very pleasant stroll of about 40 minutes along the beach.The historic Rock of Gibraltar is also close at hand, around 25 minutes away, or alternatively you can head for the hills and visit some of the delightful pueblos blancos such as Casares, Jimena and Gaucin. It is also quite feasible to have a day trip to either Ronda or the lovely City of Granada. For the golfer of course there is an excellent choice of first class golf courses in the area.

In short then, the architect may have been having a bad day when he designed this villa but if you can see through that it does offer very good quality, comfortable family accommodation in an ideal beachside location at a very good price. In addition of course it also has the benefit of a private garden and lovely swimming pool.
