Villa Zara is a large, comfortable and very well appointed 5 bed roomed holiday villa in a superb location overlooking Estepona Golf course with views of the sea and mountains in the distance. It benefits from part air conditioning and can accommodate up to 12 guests plus babies in cots. Located as it is just 3kms. from the beautiful blue flag beach of Playa Cristo and around 4 kms from the charming town of Estepona it is the ideal villa for a family or golfing holiday on the Costa del Sol.

The house is built over 3 levels, on the ground floor you will find the large beautifully furnished living room with satellite t.v. a DVD player and video recorder. Patio doors lead from here to the large furnished verandah. Also on the ground floor are a separate dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, an en-suite family bedroom with two single beds plus one double bed and a games room.The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, glassware etc. to make your stay here a very comfortable one.There is also a raised area set in the window with a solid wood breakfast table and chairs.

The purpose built games room is a lovely extra which offers you an American pool table, dart board and darts and an air hockey table, sure to keep kids and adults alike entertained for hours!On the first floor are the en-suite master bed room and 2 further double rooms and then the final floor has the fifth double en-suite bed room with its own private terrace. All bed rooms are fitted and furnished to a high standard and all four of the bath rooms have full baths with showers over, there is in addition a separate cloak room. The upstairs part of this villa has full air conditioning.
The grounds of this lovely holiday villa, which are very private and not overlooked at all,offer peace, tranquility and beautiful views.

There is plenty of terrace space in both sun and shade, a large purpose built BBQ, outdoor dining facilities, sunbeds and other outdoor furniture all contributing to a superb holiday on the Costa del Sol. The well maintained swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and drops from a depth of .50 cm. to 1.8 meters so is suitable for all ages.
Villa Zara is set close to the club house and bar of Estepona Golf which is open to golfers and the public alike.The delightful seaside town of Estepona, with its good shopping, pretty plazas and lovely beach front promenade is about 5 minutes away by car and the villa benefits from being located on one of the few tarmac roads in the area so giving easy access to all amenities.
Also within easy reach is the charming port of Marina Duquesa and the historic Rock of Gibraltar plus many first class golf courses, apart of course, from Estepona Golf itself.
So in conclusion then Villa Zara offers you really first class holiday accommodation in an ideal spot for a perfect holiday on the Costa del Sol for both large groups, families and golfers alike.

There is a refundable security deposit of 500 euros, this can be taken from your credit card on arrival and returned to the same within a fortnight of the completion of your holiday, provided of course the villa is left as you found it.
