This lovely 3 bed roomed holiday home at Bahia Doncella is in a
perfect location for a holiday on the Costa del sol.
It directly overlooks the beach and there is direct access
to it from the well tended communal gardens, it is also
close to Estepona and all the excellent amenities this
lovely sea side town has to offer.
The spacious living/dining room is light and airy with cool
marble flooring and patio doors which let in delightful sea breezes. If needed there is also a pay as you go air conditioning system.
It is comfortably furnished with 2 large settees, quality wood
units and a dining table to seat six.There is a large wall mounted flat
screen t.v. with all the free to view satellite channels.
The sliding doors open out on to a private patio which is furnished
with a teak dining set and umbrella, there is also a BBQ.

From here you have direct access into the very well maintained communal gardens from where there is a gated access direct to the beach.The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer,hob and oven, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc. The 3 good sized bed rooms are all located upstairs. There are 2 double rooms and one twin. The master bedroom also has an additional single bed and full en-suite bathroom as well as access to a large terrace from where you have marvelous sea views. The other 2 bed rooms both have en-suite shower rooms and the twin room has a flat screen t.v. and DVD player.Downstairs there is a guests cloakroom.

Guests at this house have full use of the nearby communal swimming pool which has a child safety fence around it. It is set in a pleasant lawned area with tropical trees and shrubs surrounding it.There is an allotted parking area which is under cover so keeping your car cool in the mid summer heat. The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car.Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old worlde charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. The villa is also conveniently situated a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Elba Hotel with its 5 star spa and the 4 star H10 Estepona Palace Hotel which has excellent dining facilities, together with evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.

April-2nd May £550 per week 2nd. May-29th. May £600 per week 29th.May-1st. July £750.00 per week 1st.-18th-July £800.00 per week 18th.July-4th. Sept £975.00 per week 5th.-30th September £750.00 per week Oct - 16th Dec £550 per week 16th Dec - 4th Jan £750 per week (please note that during August we only accept bookings of a fortnight minimum.) 50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
