This first class 3 bed roomed, air conditioned holiday apartment offers tasteful and comfortable holiday accommodation conveniently located close to shops, Estepona Port and the beach.It is situated in the upmarket development of La Fragata.
The large living/dining room is very comfortably furnished and has satellite t.v. and a DVD player.There are 2 big settees and a stylish dining suite to seat six. Patio doors give access to one of the 3 terraces where there are further dining facilities and views over the communal pool and gardens with the sea in the distance.

This duplex penthouse apartment is built on 2 levels, on the entrance floor is the lounge, kitchen,twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The charming seaside town of Estepona is a stroll of around 15 minutes away but closer to hand you have a number of shops and supermarkets as well as the very popular Estepona Port with all its many shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away on foot.
This western end of the Costa del Sol has much to recommend it with it's close vicinity to tax free Gibraltar, it's plethora of first class Golf Courses and the very attractive and interesting Selwo Wildlife Park.
