This 2 bed roomed, air conditioned, luxury ground floor apartment is located on the first class beach side development of Hacienda Playa at Elviria near Marbella on the Costa del Sol.
The beautifully appointed living/dining room opens onto a large light filled conservatory with sliding glass doors which in turn open onto the communal gardens and pool area.
The living room is very comfortably furnished with 2 large settees and satellite t.v. is installed here with the Premium Movies and Sports channels. The conservatory is like wise beautifully furnished with a both cane suite and a a teak dining set.Sun loungers and a gas BBQ are also provided for your enjoyment.

The modern, fully fitted kitchen provides you with all the appliances and equipment you will need to make your holiday here comfortable one. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven,fridge/freezer,microwave, coffee machine and a full compliment of cooking utensils,crockery, glassware etc.The master bed room has a king size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.It also has patio doors to the terrace. The second bed room has twin beds and is also has a full ensuite bath room and has patio doors leading into the conservatory.

Guests at Hacienda Playa have full use of the beautiful communal swimming pool which is approximately 10x30 metres with a depth ranging from 50 cm dropping to 1.8 metres, it has Roman steps for access. In addition to this there is a children's pool and a padel tennis court.This lovely apartment is located in the very popular Elvria area of the western Costa del Sol about 15 kms. east of Marbella and 30 kms. west of Fuengirola.The area is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and there are many shops, supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants all within easy walking distance. The Don Carlos Hotel, which is very close by, provides a convenient place to go for good entertainment in the bar area during the evenings.
