This immaculate 2 bedroomed holiday apartment is located on the first class El Presidente Development between Estepona and San Pedro on the Costa del Sol.It offers excellent ground floor, air conditioned accommodation along with full use of all the wonderful grounds, five swimming pools and tennis court and if that isn´t enough it is just a short stroll to a lovely beach. The large living/dining room is stylishly furnished with ample seating for six.There are sliding doors out on to the private garden and furnished patio.Satellite t.v. is installed in the lounge and there is also a music centre.
The modern well equipped kitchen has a full complement of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven, fridge/freezer,microwave and plenty of glasses,cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils etc.Of the 2 bedrooms one is a double with en-suite facilities and patio doors to the garden. The other bedroom has twin beds.There is also a single sofa bed in the lounge and a cot if required.There is a second family bathroom. The grounds of this prestigious development are beautifully landscaped with many tropical, plants, fountains and delightful walkways. There are 5 swimming pools in all, one of which is heated from October to May and one of which is a shallow one specifically designed for children with feature stepping stones.
