Villa las Brisas is a clean and bright holiday villa set in tranquil open countryside just 3kms. from Estepona on the Costa del Sol.
It offers very comfortable holiday accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a peaceful setting, not overlooked by other properties, yet just minutes from the charming seaside town of Estepona.
The Living/dining room is of a generous size and very comfortably furnished. It has patio doors to the covered verandah, an open fireplace and a t.v. with all the free to view satellite channels plus a DVD player.

The modern, light and airy kitchen is also a good size and is fully equipped with everything to make your holiday a comfortable one. There is a hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine etc. The washing machine is housed in a separate laundry room.
All of the three bed rooms,2 doubles and 1 twin, have en-suite facilities.The master suite has its own seating area with satellite t.v. plus patio doors to the garden. The second double room also has patio doors to the outside.
This lovely holiday villa is set in 3,000 sq.m. of private land with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.There is 100 sq.m. of terrace and a good sized swimming pool, 4x8m with a depth from 1-2m and Roman steps for access.

Around the pool you will find ample sunbeds and if the sun gets too much for you there is a thoughtfully constructed cabaña so you can relax in the shade. There is also a furnished verandah attached to the villa and a charcoal BBQ.
Estepona and the Costa del Sol.
The beautiful seaside town of Estepona is about 3 kms.away and here you will find lovely clean beaches, good shopping, first class restaurants and plenty of bars. It is a very pretty town where you can still find many traces of its´fishing village heritage with cobbled back streets and flower bedecked plazas.

Selwo Wildlife Park is to hand and offers an excellent outing for all the family.
