Villa Campanita is a quite delightful three bedroomed holiday home witha private pool.It is set in a beautiful peaceful location with marvelous views to the distant mountains but at the same time is just 30 minutes from Malaga and the Costa del Sol.The holidy villa is set in it´s own private, gated grounds which have been laid out with pretty gardens and there is plenty of parking space.
On entering the villa, which is fully air conditioned throughout, you find yourself in a large spacious and aireyLiving/ dining room.There is a lofty beamed ceiling and open coal effect gas fireplace. The room is very comfortably furnished with ample seating for six guests. There is satellite T.V. a video and a C.D playerin the lounge. From here sliding doors lead you outside to the large patio and BBQ area where you will find tables, chairs and umbrellas all provided so you can enjoy al fresco dining. A further large patio area extends around the pool and is furnished with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The pool itself is 8x4m and 2.3m at the deep end. It has Roman steps leading down into it.

The Villa has two twin and one double bedroom, the latter
being en-suite. There is also a full family bathroom.Both bathrooms
are beautifully appointed and tiled. The bedrooms all have ample
storage space and are extremely comfortably furnished.
The kitchen leads off the living/dining room and is fully equipped
with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer,automatic washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave. Along with an excellent selection of sundry
items such as electric kettle, coffee perculator, toaster and an extensive
collection of crockery and glassware etc.In fact I am quite sure that during your stay here you will want for nothing.
In short Villa Campanita offers a very superior holiday home. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure that everything is provided in order to make your stay in their villa as comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The lively and bustling town of Alhaurin el Grande is about 10 minutes away by car.Here you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.There are also a number of good golf courses in the area,perhaps the most notable of which is Alhaurin Golf.
Costa del Sol.If you want a change from all the peace and tranquility then there is easy acess from the villa to various resorts on the Costa del Sol.Marbella, Malaga, Fuengirola and Torremolinos are all in the region of 30-40 minutes away and with their great selection of clean, safe beaches,bars, shops, restaurants and golf courses etc. offer much diversion.

Low season-Oct.-April (ex. Xmas and Easter) 450.00 pounds.
Mid- Season-May, June, Sept.( Xmas and Easter) 595.00 pounds.
High season,July and August 695.00 pounds.
These rates are fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen, towelsand a welcome pack.
