This lovely 3 bed roomed townhouse at Bahia de Casares on the Costa del Sol is an ideal family holiday home. It has the benefit of being a short distance from both the excellent Casares Beach and the lovely large communal swimming pool as well as having its own private tropical garden with sea views.

Upstairs there are 3 bed rooms, 1 double and 2 twins. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, in addition to which there is a further family bathroom and separate cloakroom.

The Costa del Sol and the Surrounding Area.You have a choice of two towns within easy reach, the closest being Sabinillas at less than 5 minutes away by car. This up and coming seaside town has seen many improvements in recent years and here you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants many of which are situated along the delightful promenade.

In the opposite direction, at less than 10 minutes away by car, is the charming coastal town of Estepona. Once a small fishing village it retains much of its original charm but has also been tastefully and sympathetically improved and now offers first class shops and restaurants, a lovely beach and marina.

The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer the visitor with Selwo wildlife Park, historic Gibraltar, the cosmopolitan Puerto Banus and the lovely inland white villages of Andalucia all within easy striking distance. For the golfer there are of course many first class golf courses to be found on yourdoorstep.
