Sea View is a truly delightful four bedroomed villa that has been fitted and furnished to a high standard.It is situated on the pleasant and peaceful Marina Beach Development. A relatively new seaside development boasting 4 communal swimming pools,a tennis court, paddle tennis, a beachside bar and restaurant, plenty of safe open spaces and of course a lovely stretch of clean Mediterranean beach.
Villa Sea View is entered through a marble floored lobby with the kitchen to one side and a cloakroom to the other.The dining room leads off the lobby and has steps down into a very comfortable lounge with an open fireplace.
From the lounge there are patio doors leading out onto the private patio and garden from which there is a gate taking you into the communal gardens.
From here it is just a few short steps to either the beach or one of the communal swimming pools.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob and a microwave.
Marble stairs lead from the lobby to the four bedrooms.There are three twin and one double bedrooms.Two of the bedrooms have private balconies,one with lovely sea views and they are all well furnished with ample storage space.There are two fully tiled bathrooms upstairs one of them being en-suite

Sabinillas and Duquesa Port.
The sea side town of Sabinillas is just a few minutes away from Villa Sea View by car and here you will find a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants.It also has a lovely Paseo Maritimo (promanade) all the way along the front.
The port of Marina de la Duquesa is within walking distance of the villa and has an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and night-life, such as you would expect to find on the Costa-del- Sol.
For golf enthusiasts there is much to offer and basically you are spoilt for choice.Duquesa Golf, the well known and popular golf course,is but a few minutes away and there are of course many other good quality golf courses in the vicinity.
Within fifteen minutes you could be playing on El Paraiso, Atalaya, Estepona Golf, Sotogrande, Valderama, Almenara 1&2, La Canada, Alcaidesa, and last but not least San Roque Club, in fact you have some of the very best courses in Europe to choose from.
Other Places of Interest.
The up and coming quality resort of Estepona is about ten minutes away by car and has much to offer the holiday maker from a wander around it´s quaint backstreets with it´s fishing village heritage to it´s modern shopping centre or delightful marina from where you can take a trip out to see the dolphins.
In the other direction lies Gibraltar which is always worth a visit whether it is to view St. Michael´s Caves and the apes or for some tax free shopping.
Going inland there is also much to see and explore with many Andalucian Pueblos Blancos and some wonderful unspoilt countryside.
In short Villa Sea View offers a quality holiday home from which can enjoy a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing seaside holiday with as much variety and entertainment as you could wish for.

April, May, June and September 475.00 pounds.
July and August 680.00 pounds.
This rate is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity,linen and towels.
The change over day is normally Saturday but we can be more flexible off season.
