This superior 3 bedroomed apartment makes an ideal holiday home set as it is on the delightful development of Paraiso de la Bahia with it's lovely tropical gardens and pools and being just a stones throw from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.
This 2 storey air conditioned apartment has a good sized living/dining room with patio doors onto a large balcony with excellent views of the pools, gardens and the Mediterranean Sea beyond. There is an attractive solid wood dining suite with seating for six and two leather settees, the larger of which is a double recliner. Satellite t.v. has been installed in the lounge with all the free to view channels.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom with sliding patio doors to the large balcony and a full bathroom.

Stairs lead lead up to the top floor where there are 2 further bedrooms both of which are double and have their own balconies, again with marvelous views. The master bedroom is of very generous dimensions and has a full en-suite bathroom and a television. There is also a third full bathroom on this floor.
Paraiso de la Bahia, or paradise bay, is a small,quiet, enclosed development about 5 minutes from Estepona. It has been well landscaped with tropical gardens and there are a total of 2 adult and 2 children's pools as well as a children's play area.
The lovely nearby sandy beach of Playa de Casares is just a couple of minutes walk away with easy access over a pedestrian bridge.

The Costa del Sol
Paraiso de la Bahia is situated on the more peaceful western end of the Costa del Sol, a few minutes by car from the attractive town of Estepona. It is also just a couple of minutes by car from the up and coming town of Sabinillas where you will now find a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a lovely promanade all the way along the sea front. The picturesque port of Duquesa is also just a short distance away where of course a very cosmopolitan selection of bars and restaurants can be found.The Rock of Gibraltar is also within easy reach, about 25 minutes in the car, and is always worth a visit.
For golfing enthusiasts this area has much to offer with many first class golf courses within easy reach such as Duquesa, Valderrama, Sotogrande, Estepona and Alcaidesa, to name but a few.
In short this lovely Costa del sol holiday apartment has many features to recommend it not least of all it's excellent location, high standard of fittings and furnishings and it's wonderful views.
Costa del Sol Holiday Apartment: Rental Rates.
All rates are per week, per apartment.
Low season : Oct.-April (ex. Christmas and Easter) 350.00 pounds.
Mid Season : May, June, Sept,Christmas and Easter 450.00 pounds.
High Season : July and August 525.00 pounds.
All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen and towels.
An extra bed can be provided for a 7th. guest for a small supplement of 30.00 pounds to cover additional laundry etc.
