Colinas del Paraiso is a purpose built holiday complex which offers excellent accommodation of the highest standard in 3 bed roomed apartments, townhouses or penthouses. It is located in the hills overlooking the western Costa del Sol and is within easy access of Puerto Banus, San Pedro, Marbella and Estepona. In addition there is a very good choice of first class golf courses all within easy reach.

The complex is set in a quiet residential area and within in a few minutes drive you have a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach. It has has a choice of 3 wonderful swimming pools set in lush tropical gardens, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a gymnasium and childrenīs playground.
All of the accommodation, whether you choose a townhouse, apartment or penthouse, is of the highest standard with marble flooring, and air conditioning throughout, they all have flat screen t.v.s with with free to view satellite channels plus Spanish terestial t.v. and DVD players in the lounge, and a WiFi internet connection.
The kitchens are extremely well appointed and are fitted with a ceramic hob and oven,fridge/freezer,microwave, dishwasher etc. There is an additional utility room with a washing machine/tumble dryer and clothes airer etc.
In the master bedrooms you have a choice of either a double or 2 twin beds, please specify on booking. The other 2 bed rooms both have twin beds.
In short the accommodation is light, airy and spacious and all fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of a superior quality not normally found in holiday accommodation. They are totally self contained with all linen, towels,pots, pans,crockery, glassware etc. being provided along with portable BBQs, six sunbeds and patio sets for al fresco dining.

The penthouses have roof terraces with their own private swimming pools, the townhouses have jacuzzi/hot tubs on the roof terrace and the apartments have exceptionally large terraces which can be accessed from all three bedrooms.
