Villa Mitesoro is a charming holiday villa in a very peaceful country location just 3 kms from the beautiful seaside town of Estepona on the western Costa del Sol.
It actually comprises of 2 individual properties and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
The part air conditioned main villa has a large lounge with a feature pitched and beamed ceiling.A large flat screen t.v. is installed here with a variety of satellite channels in Dutch, German, Italian, French and Polish and a DVD player. Patio doors open from the lounge onto the terrace and gardens.

There is a separate spacious dining room, also with a pitched and beamed ceiling, that has seating for 10. In addition there are further dining facilities on the covered terrace which looks out over the swimming pool.The very modern kitchen has been fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space and all of the necessary appliances to make your stay here a comfortable one including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob and oven,large American style fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a good selection of cooking utensils,crockery,cutlery etc.
The main villa has 2 bed rooms, the master bed room has a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The second bed room is also en-suite and has a king size 4 poster bed.It is accessed by a side entrance and not through the main house so affording additional privacy.

The guest cottage,which is located in the gardens of this lovely country property, has one bed room with a king size bed plus an enormous lounge which has a further king size bed at one end of it.The cottage also has its own shower room and dining room but does not have a kitchen, however it is ideal to provide extra space for large groups and offers that little bit of seclusion, maybe for Granny and Grandad.
The well kept grounds of Villa Mitesoro extend to some 3,650m²and provide a relaxing atmosphere of peace and tranquility.They are not overlooked at all and would in fact be ideal for naturists.The beautifully maintained pool is a good size at 5x10 m. with Roman steps giving easy access. A full size built in stone barbecue is provided for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor covered dining area, sun beds etc. A further extra not to be found in many properties in this price range is a full sauna in a purpose built room to the side of the pool.

Plenty of secure, off road parking is available and a car is necessary when holidaying here.
The nearest town and beach are to be found at Estepona which is about 3 kms away and has an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a long, clean beach with a beautiful promenade stretching its length.
The western end of the Costa del Sol in general has much to recommend it with miles of beautiful beaches, attractive towns and marinas which can all be enjoyed in wall to wall sunshine.

Please Note-Prices shown for the winter months are for up to four people without the use of the cottage while the summer prices include the cottage and will allow up to 8 people.
The cottage can however be used during the winter for an additional charge.
The house has underfloor heating which may be used during the winter months for a supplement.
The rental rate includes 100 Euros of electricity per week which should be ample, however excessive use of the air conditioning and sauna may push the cost over this rate in which case the excess will be deducted from your security deposit before it is refunded.
Also included in the price are linen, towels and a weekly bed & towel change .
There is a refundable security deposit of 500 euros to be paid on arrival. This can be taken from your credit card and will be returned to the same within a fortnight of the completion of your holiday, provided of course the villa is left as you found it.
