This centrally located, 3 bedroomed, air conditioned holiday apartment at the popular seaside resort of Sanlucar de Barrameda on Spain´s Costa de la Luz is ideally located for a perfect holiday in this lovely town.
Built in 1997 it offers good quality accommodation comprising of a living/dining room with a balcony. There is a t.v. DVD and CD player in the living room and comfortable seating.A balcony opens off the living room and from here you have sea views.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a dish washer,washing machine, oven,microwave, a fridge/freezer and all the necessary pots, pans and cooking utensils etc.Of the 3 bedrooms 1 has a double bed, 1 has 2 twin beds and the 3rd. has a single bed. There is also a cot.
The apartment also has 2 bathrooms.
The location of this holiday apartment is absolutely perfect as it is in a quiet area but at the same time just a stones throw from the beautiful sandy beach or the charming plazas and pretty streets of the town itself. There are many good, shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance so a car is not necessary but if you are driving there is a garage at your disposal.

Some places of interest to visit whilst staying in the area include Jerez with it´s famous bodegas, the historic City of Cadiz and the internationally important nature reserve of Doñana Park.
