The large living/dining room is air conditioned and very comfortably furnished. It is a equipped with a large flat screen t.v. which has satellite reception, a DVD player, music centre as well as a nintendo ds and play station 2 there is also WiFi internet access.

The modern fully fitted kitchen houses all the appliances you will need to make your stay a comfortable one including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer,cooker, microwave and plenty of pots,pans, crockery and glassware etc. In addition there is a separate laundry room with the washing machine.
Of the 3 bedrooms in the main villa there are one double and 2 twin rooms.The master bedroom benefits from air conditioning. The studio apartment can be used as either a double or a twin room.

There is one full bathroom plus a shower and w.c. in the villa and a shower room in the studio apartment.
The private grounds of this lovely villa extend to some 850 sq.metres, they are mostly laid to lawn but there is also a large covered patio with dining facilities looking out over the pool and tropical gardens. The swimming pool is a generous 8x5 m.with the depth ranging from 1.8 to 2m. and there is a poolside shower. There is also a large exercise trampoline to keep you fit and entertain the children during your stay plus parking for 2 cars.

It is not without good reason that the Costa del Sol remains one of the most popular European holiday destinations. Good beaches, friendly locals, wall to wall sunshine and first class restaurants,bars, shopping and golf all combine to make it so. And if that is not enough there are plenty of first class attractions to add zest to your holiday here. Have a great day out at Mijas Aqua Park or spend a superb evening at the fun packed Tivoli World. Fuenigorla now has an excellent zoo and Benalmadena boasts both Sea World and The Dolphinarium.
There is just so much to see and do that it is no wonder visitors keep coming back year after year and Villa Cipreses is in the perfect location to take full advantage of it all. It is just a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and the delightful Cabopino Harbour is only 2kms. away.

Price is fully inclusive of all gas,electricity up to 100kws. per week, (this is normally ample and is just to discourage people from being inconsiderate like having the a/c on and leaving doors and windows open,)linen, towels, cleaning and a welcome pack.
A cot and high chair can be provided if required.
