This private, 2 storied, holiday villa offers good quality, air conditioned, 3 bed roomed holiday accommodation in the ever popular are of Calahonda on the Costa del Sol. It is located in a peaceful residential area with shops, bars, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance and Malaga airport just 35 minutes away.
The good sized lounge is very comfortably furnished and has patio doors giving immediate access on to the private gardens and pool. There is a DVD player and satellite t.v. installed here.
The large modern kitchen is well equipped with all you will need to make your stay here very comfortable including a dishwasher, washing machine,hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.

Outside you have plenty of terrace and garden areas to enjoy and relax in as well as the beautifully maintained swimming pool which is a generous size, 8x4m this has steps leading down into it. There is also a BBQ outdoor dining area and poolside shower.

Calahonda is a delightful part of the Costa del Sol with many first class shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely beach and of course many first class golf courses within easy reach.Also close to hand you have the cosmopolitan resort of Marbella and the lively resort town of Fuengirola, take a trip to their newly refurbished zoo, it is well worth it. Puerto Capobino is a picturesque little port just a few minutes drive away which offers some wonderful seafood restaurants.
