Villa Pino is a beautifully presented, large and spacious holiday villa in the exclusive Artola Alta residential area close to both Cabopino and Marbella.
It benefits from full air conditioning,a private garden with fenced swimming pool. There are a total of 8 bedrooms, 6 in the main villa and a further 2 in a self contained apartment.
The main living room is light and airy with a large wall mounted flat screen t.v. that receives all the free to view channels. patio doors give access to the large furnished terrace and as with the rest of the villa the furnishings are of a high standard and a contemporary design.

The separate dining room has seating for eight in addition to which there is an outside dining area.The large, modern kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, tumble drier, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of quality crockery, glassware and cooking utensils etc.There is also a breakfast table and access to the dining room.

There is a mixture of twin and double bed rooms, all comfortably furnished plus a total of 6 bathrooms, some being en-suite and some and some not.
The 800sq.m. grounds of the villa are mostly laid to lawn and are well screened to afford maximum privacy. There is a childrens' play area, a BBQ, various terraces and seating areas and ample sun loungers and relaxer chairs are provided for your comfort.
The swimming pool is enclosed by a fence so making the grounds safe for young children and it is easily accessed by roman steps.
From the gardens you can enjoy sea views.
The villa is accessed via electronic remote control gates and there is ample parking for up to three cars.

Villa Pino is very well located to make the most of a holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is a walk of just 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches and charming marina of Cabopino. Marbella is about 5 minutes away by car and Puerto Banus just a little further on. Also within walking distance of the villa are 2 good restaurants and for golfers the local golf course is just a few metres away, in addition to which there are of course many more to enjoy all along this stretch of the Costa del Sol.
