Villa Maroc is a charmingly unique 3 bed roomed holiday villa in a perfect location at Benamara, just 300m from the beach and mid way between the popular holiday resorts of Estepona and San Pedro on the Costa del Sol.It is situated on a quiet street in the popular Paraiso Barronal Urbanisation.
It is a typically Spanish style villa but with a definite Moroccan flavour that has been individually decorated and furnished by its owner.
The large living/dining room has plenty of comfortable seating for all, a feature open fire place, satellite free to view English t.v.plus Spanish terrestrial t.v. and a DVD player. There are many interesting and unusual artifacts and obejcts'da and, in a more modern vein, an ADSL internet connection.

Arched patio doors open from here on to the large covered verandah which again has plenty of comfortable seating and dining facilities. This overlooks the pretty Mediterranean garden which is well maintained, mainly laid to lawn with plenty of interesting tropical plants. At the bottom of the garden you will find the good sized swimming pool, 4x8m with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres, it has Roman steps for easy access.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need, including a dishwasher, hob and oven,washing machine,American style fridge/freezer, microwave,coffee percolator,pots, pans,crockery and glassware etc.
The three bedrooms all have king sized double beds and are all uniquely and individually furnished each with their own ambiance.

One of the bed rooms has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and in addition to this there is a further family bathroom with over the bath shower. In conclusion then Villa Maroc offers holiday accommodation with a very distinctive flair being a delightful mixture of Spanish and Moroccan. It is also located in a perfect spot on the Costa del Sol between the lively bustling town of San Pedro and the pretty flower bedecked streets and plazes of Estepona.
The beach is just a short stroll of some 300m and there is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants even closer.
