This pleasant 2 bed roomed, air conditioned apartment is situated on a very nice development mid way between Benalmadena Costa and Benalmadena Pueblo so holidaying here you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

There is a comfortable living/dining room with two, two seater settees a solid wood dining table with seating for six and a television and DVD player.There are patio doors from here leading onto the balcony which is furnished with a table, four chairs and an umbrella making it the perfect place for al fresco dining.

The modern, well equipped kitchen has a full complement of appliances and utensils including a hob and oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware etc.In addition to which there is a separate utility room with the washing machine, iron and ironing board and a sink.

There is one double bed room with a full en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony, and one twin room, plus 2 cots, so a total of six guests can be accommodated. There is also an additional family bathroom.

This gated complex is situated on an 18 hole golf course in addition to which there are 2 attractive swimming pools, one adult and one for children and a paddle tennis court,all of which are set in lovely tropical gardens. Should you wish to bring your car then there is secure underground parking.

Benalmadena is a lovely place to take your holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is divided into 3 main areas, one being Benalmadena Costa where you have a superb beach with a promenade all the way along the front and an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Then there is Benalmadena Port which is a delightful marina to wander around admiring all the impressive craft moored there. Here you can also visit SeaLife. And last, but definitley not least, you have Benalmadena Pueblo which is the older part of the town with pretty squares and pavement cafes.

Other places of interest nearby include Tivoli World, the Swelwo Marina and Dolphinarium and the Mijas Aqua Park, to name but a few.
