The living/dining room is comfortably furnished with a large, attractive corner suite and a glass topped dining suite that seats 6. Sliding patio doors lead onto the furnished balcony from where there are very pleasant views. Satellite T.V. and a DVD player are installed in the living room.

The kitchen is a good size and is of course fully fitted, with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Thereis also access from here to the balcony.

Good Sized Living/dining Room.

The two bedrooms, one double and one twin are stylishly fitted and furnished and have ample built in storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full bath and twin sinks. In addition to which there is a further full family bathroom.

A door leads from the passageway onto a further patio from which there are stairs up to a large furnished roof terrace.

Guests staying in the apartment have full use of the lovely nearby communal swimming pool and gardens and will also receive a 20% discount on green fees and a 10% discount in the Alhaurin Golf Shop.

2, The Master Bedroom.

The town of Alhaurin el Grande is about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find a good selection of shops, bars. restaurants etc.

It is around a 20 minute drive to the nearest coastal resort of Fuengirola which is a lively holiday town with a lovely beach, an excellent aqua park, good shops, restaurants, nightlife etc.

In addition it hosts 2 good markets and has a delightful zoo.

In short then this apartment has much to recommend itself to golfers and holiday makers alike being of a high standard and very well located.

Due to the rather stylish nature and light colour of the furnishings children are not permitted here. However for guests with children we do have plenty of other properties at Alhaurin Golf without this restriction.

Apartment Rentals Alhaurin Golf; Weekly rates.

All rates are per property, per week and are fully inclusive of electricity, linen and towels.

Low Season - Oct.-April (ex. Christmas and Easter) 375.00 pounds.

Mid Season - May, June and Sept.(inc. Christmas and Easter) 450.00 pounds.

High Season - July and August 530.00 pounds.
