La Pension at Finca Awraba is a really sweet little studio apartment set in a delightful garden full of hibisus, bouganvillia, mimosa and many other sun loving plants It is attached to, but quite independent from the owners villa, as a path leads round and down from their patio, to the apartment below.This is totally secluded and not overlooked at all. There is an orange grove below it leading down to a river at the bottom.

The accommodation is self contained consisting of a twin bedroom with a kichenette and a shower room. There is a T.V video player and radio-CD player and the owners have a good selection of videos which you are welcome to borrow. The kitchenette has a double hob, fridge and a good selection of pots, pans,glassware etc. It has a free standing air conditioning unit. Outside on the patio there is a BBQ, patio funiture and sunbeds.Part of the terrace is shaded and part in full sun.
Guests have full use of the villa gardens, swimming pool and boules lawn.

Alhaurin el Grande and the Surrounding Area.
There are 3 Spanish restaurants within a short walk of Finca Awraba and the town of Alhaurin el Grande is just 5 minutes away by car. Here you will find an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby from which you can take buses to the town centre or down to the coastal resorts of Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella. There are also many excellent golf courses within easy reach

You can either take La Pension on a nightly or weekly basis so it is ideal fora long weekend break.All prices are based on 2 people sharing.
May- September 250.00 pounds per week or 40.00 pounds per night.
October- April 200.00 pounds per week or 30.00 pounds per night.
All rates are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, linen, towelsand a welcome pack.Change over day is flexible.
50% deposit secures with the balance due in cash on arrival.
