Of the 3 bed rooms the master has a king size bed and en-suite full bathroom with a double sink, the other 2 both have twin beds and they all have ample storage space. The master bed room and one of the twin rooms have patio doors with access to a balcony. In addition there is a second full family bathroom.

This apartment is ideal for golfers or families alike.The pool is fenced and there is a life guard during the summer months. So this, along with its´walk in shallow end, makes it ideal for young children. And for golfers of course there is an abundant selection of world class golf courses in the area.

Dunas Green, Location. Dunas Green is extremely well located for those who wish to spend their holiday in a quiet environment and yet be close to the many amenities on the western end of the Costa del Sol. It is just a 10 minute walk to the Las Dunas Hotel, which is half way between Estepona and San Pedro, and there are a number other very popular bars and restaurants in the area. There is a bridge over the main road which provides an easy and safe route to the beach safe, clean beach. Selwo Wildlife Park is also very close by and it is a fairly short trip to either of the millionaire playgrounds of both Marbella and Puerto Banus in one direction or Gibraltar in the other.

The entrance for Dunas Green is gated and is manned by a security guard and there is secure parking within the complex.
