Casa Antonio is the perfect holiday home if you are looking for peace and tranquillity in which to unwind. This 3 bedroomed villais set in the hills outside the village of Rubite in “La Axarquía” with fantastic views all around.
The light and airy living/dining room is comfortably furnished with 2 settees and a round dining table.It has a wood fire place for cooler winter months and patio doors taking you out onto the terrace and pool areas.

The open plan country style kitchen is fully fitted with attractive wooden cupboards and fixtures and is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday here a comfortable one. Including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery,glassware etc. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room.All of the accommodation is on one level and of the three bedrooms,one is a double with a Queen size bed and the other 2 are both twin rooms.
There is one full bathroom with a shower over the bath, a toilet,bidet and hand basin.

The private garden is fully fenced and impressive gates give you access to the paved driveway where there is ample parking space. The well maintained swimming pool is 7x3 m. and has a patio area all around it on which you will find plenty of sunbeds, there is also a pool side shower.The front of the villa has a covered verandah with a patio set, perfect for alfresco dining, and there is also a BBQ.

The Surrounding Area.This part of Andalucia is peaceful and unspoilt and here you can enjoy the sights and sounds of a Spain that is rapidly disappearing in the march of progress.The beautiful Lake Viñuela is a short distance by car and makes for a very enjoyable day out as there are numerous picnic areas where you can stop and enjoy the fresh air and peaceful countryside. Fishing is also permitted here although you must obtain a fishing permit first.
The town of Velez-Málaga, which has a good selection of shops and restaurants,is about 10 minutes away by car and another 10 minuteswil bring you to the beach.
